IndiaHost provides Content Delivery Network (CDN) services — the caching, acceleration, and transmission of data across a distributed network of edge servers. In providing this service, IndiaHost functions purely as a technical intermediary and passive conduit. It is not the origin, publisher, author, or owner of any content routed through the network.
No control over content
Content delivered through this domain is uploaded, hosted at origin, configured, and managed solely by the customer who purchased the CDN service. IndiaHost does not create, select, modify, approve, monitor, or endorse that content, and is under no obligation to pre-screen it.
Caching and automated transmission are carried out by our systems without human review and do not imply knowledge of, or agreement with, any material passing through the network.
Customer responsibility
The customer is solely and fully responsible for all content they route through the service — including its legality, accuracy, ownership, licensing, and compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights. Any dispute concerning content is a matter between the complainant and the responsible customer.
Abuse reports & takedown
If you believe any content delivered through this domain infringes your rights or violates applicable law, please notify us in writing at the abuse contact below. To let us act quickly, include:

- A description of the right infringed or the law violated.
- Your name, organisation, and contact details.
- A good-faith statement that the complaint is accurate.
On receipt of a valid and complete notice, IndiaHost will act expeditiously to disable access to or remove the identified content, and/or forward the notice to the responsible customer, in line with its policies and applicable law.

IndiaHost operates as an “intermediary” within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, and relies on the safe-harbour and limitation-of-liability protections available to intermediaries. Nothing on this page waives any such protection or immunity available under law.
No warranty & limitation of liability
Content transmitted through the network is provided by customers on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndiaHost disclaims all warranties regarding such content and accepts no liability for material that it merely caches or transmits on a customer’s behalf.
